✅ Own cost accounting, inventory analysis, and manufacturing financial insights
✅ Help drive profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
✅ Play a key role in an upcoming ERP/SAP implementation
✅ Influence business decisions through analytics and operational reporting
✅ Work closely with a highly collaborative Controller who wants this person to become her trusted business partner

What They're Looking For
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Cost accounting and inventory expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA (active, inactive, or pursuing) preferred
- Ability to communicate with both finance and operations teams
- Someone who enjoys asking questions, digging into data, and improving processes
