E-Discovery Paralegal - Hybrid 2 days on site, 3 days remote in West LA
Salary: $80,000–$115,000+ DOE
Position Overview
A boutique litigation firm in West Los Angeles is seeking an experienced E-Discovery Paralegal to support complex construction and commercial litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong e-discovery experience, including document review, production, and litigation support.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with third-party e-discovery vendors
- Coordinate collection of client documents in response to subpoenas and other legal requests
- Prepare and transmit documents to electronic discovery hosting platforms for review and production
- Conduct document searches and document review
- Perform Bates stamping and document processing using Adobe Acrobat
- Support attorneys with discovery and litigation-related projects
- Manage assigned tasks independently while meeting deadlines
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000–$115,000+, depending on experience

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Experience with e-discovery document review and production
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, including Bates stamping
- Experience with Relativity or similar e-discovery platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with construction litigation
- Familiarity with government or construction contracts
