HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day human resources support across employee relations, HR administration, and general team member inquiries.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring required documentation, communication, and orientation steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Administer benefits-related activities, including enrollment support, employee questions, and coordination with internal stakeholders or vendors.
• Manage leave administration by tracking requests, maintaining records, and helping employees navigate medical leave, family medical leave, and other leave programs.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HRIS platforms, including Paycom, and support updates, audits, and routine reporting.
• Assist with the resolution of workplace concerns by gathering information, documenting issues, and supporting employee relations processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR records, forms, and compliance documentation while safeguarding confidential information.
• Use Microsoft Office applications to create reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets that support HR operations and decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting multiple human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of benefits processes and leave administration, including family and medical leave requests.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS systems; familiarity with Paycom and Workday is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation
