Gen AI Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic product leader to guide the development and expansion of an enterprise AI and automation capability in Houston, Texas. This role will shape the roadmap for agentic AI solutions, align stakeholders across business and technology teams, and turn promising concepts into scalable services with clear operational value. The ideal candidate brings strong product management discipline, a practical understanding of AI technologies, and the ability to balance innovation with governance, quality, and responsible deployment.

Responsibilities:
• Drive the vision, roadmap, and service strategy for enterprise agentic AI and automation offerings across the organization.
• Partner with executive stakeholders, technical architects, security leaders, data governance teams, and delivery groups to uncover priority opportunities and define business value.
• Evaluate, rank, and manage a portfolio of AI agent and automation initiatives based on feasibility, impact, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Lead product efforts from discovery through launch, ensuring pilots are translated into production-ready solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Establish operating standards for solution design, validation, release management, monitoring, and ongoing support to enable consistent delivery at scale.
• Promote responsible AI practices by embedding compliance, trust, security, and governance considerations into product planning and execution.
• Facilitate agile product management processes, including backlog refinement, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination to keep initiatives moving effectively.
• Track performance indicators and adoption metrics to continuously improve product offerings and demonstrate business results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management, with responsibility for roadmap ownership, prioritization, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong knowledge of agile and Scrum practices in technology or digital product environments.
• Hands-on understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, including emerging agent-based and automation-driven solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with senior business leaders as well as technical teams in architecture, security, and data disciplines.
• Experience defining business cases, evaluating use cases, and guiding products from experimentation to operational deployment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across complex organizations.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance considerations related to AI-enabled products and services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.

Compensation

$150,000.00-$180,000.00 Yearly
