Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique firm in the Greater Seattle Area looking for an Attorney to jump in and help support thier team with an uptick in cases. This is a Contract position expected to run for at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs. The attorney will contribute to family law matters, estate planning work, or a combination of both, providing practical legal guidance and high-quality document preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review legal documents for Washington family law matters, including motions, parenting plans, protection orders, adoptions, guardianships, and child support cases.
• Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and deeds with careful attention to client needs and state-specific requirements.
• Conduct legal drafting, case analysis, and written advocacy related to active matters, including briefing and discovery support as needed.
• Utilize Clio and Microsoft tools to organize case information, maintain documentation, and coordinate day-to-day legal work.
• Collaborate closely with the legal team and report to the designated director on case progress, priorities, and workload needs.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Active bar admission in Washington state.
• 1+ YOE as an attorney in family law, estate planning, or both practice areas.

The salary range for this position is $70-90/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
