HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Support daily human resources activities, including employee records management, policy guidance, and general administrative coordination.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation steps, and ensuring a smooth start to employment.
• Assist employees and managers with benefits-related questions, enrollment support, and follow-up on eligibility or coverage matters.
• Address workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion, helping to resolve employee relations issues in partnership with leadership and HR stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in the HRIS and other personnel systems, ensuring records are current, organized, and compliant.
• Help administer HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including status changes, documentation updates, and internal communications.
• Partner with internal teams to promote consistent HR practices and support compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, including broad exposure to generalist responsibilities.• Hands-on experience with employee relations and the ability to handle sensitive matters with sound judgment.
• Working knowledge of HR administration, including personnel documentation and employee support processes.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities for new employees in a structured and timely manner.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to assist with employee benefit inquiries.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and confidence maintaining accurate employee data.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation
