Systems Administrator
We are seeking a Systems Administrator with experience managing enterprise infrastructure and leading cloud migration initiatives. This role will support on-premises and cloud environments while helping drive modernization efforts across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange 2019, Exchange Online, file servers, and remote access solutions.
- Support and maintain hybrid cloud environments.
- Lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects from planning through implementation.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and security remediation.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver infrastructure projects.
- Provide occasional on-call support.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
- Experience supporting Exchange hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience migrating infrastructure and applications to the cloud.
- Experience with cloud platforms including:
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (preferred)
- Azure
- AWS
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure security.
- Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
- VMware or Hyper-V administration.
- Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure administration.
- PowerShell automation and scripting.
- Cloud, Microsoft, VMware, or security certifications.
Compensation
$120,000.00-$140,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
