Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support for end users in Tempe, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving hardware and software issues, delivering responsive service, and helping maintain a stable desktop environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems, supporting user access, and managing service requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Provide front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and basic software issues reported by end users.
• Diagnose and resolve Microsoft Windows 10 problems, including login issues, system errors, and general workstation performance concerns.
• Support account access and user administration tasks within Active Directory, such as password resets and permission-related requests.
• Handle incoming service desk tickets, document resolutions clearly, and ensure issues are addressed within expected response times.
• Troubleshoot common technical problems through remote support or in-person assistance, escalating more complex incidents when needed.
• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop equipment to support daily business operations.
• Track recurring support issues and share observations that help improve overall service quality and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience providing help desk or desktop support in a detail-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory for routine user support and account maintenance.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and general Microsoft Windows environments.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and user-access issues.
• Familiarity with service desk ticketing processes and accurate issue documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users in a clear and detail-oriented manner.

Compensation

$28.50-$33.00 Hourly
