Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change initiatives that support business transformation, process improvements, technology implementations, and strategic growth programs.
This role is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive employee adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure successful implementation of organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and relationship builder with experience guiding organizations through complex change.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for business and technology initiatives.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify potential risks to adoption and implementation.
- Create strategies to support employee engagement, adoption, and long-term sustainability.
- Establish change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement strategies.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, and employees.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support throughout the change process.
- Manage resistance and address concerns through proactive communication and coaching.
Communications & Training
- Develop and deliver communication plans that effectively explain upcoming changes and business impacts.
- Create training strategies, materials, and change adoption resources.
- Coordinate workshops, presentations, town halls, and leadership briefings.
- Ensure employees have the knowledge and support needed to successfully adopt new processes or systems.
Organizational Readiness & Adoption
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
- Measure employee adoption and change effectiveness.
- Develop action plans to address adoption gaps and improve outcomes.
- Monitor organizational performance throughout the transition process.
Project & Program Support
- Partner with project managers, business leaders, HR, and operational teams.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and organizational change strategies.
- Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Define change management success metrics and KPIs.
- Track adoption, engagement, and readiness indicators.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
- Provide recommendations to improve change effectiveness and project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, business transformation, or consulting.
- Experience supporting large-scale business, operational, or technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Change management certification or formal training.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
- Consulting experience within corporate or professional services environments.
- Experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and organizational design principles.
