IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. This individual will play a key role in gathering requirements, documenting business processes, supporting implementations, and ensuring technology solutions align with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with technical knowledge and experience working alongside developers, engineers, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Create user stories, process flows, workflows, and functional specifications
• Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical teams
• Assist with solution design, system enhancements, and software implementations
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Conduct data analysis and assist with reporting initiatives
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements
• Track project deliverables and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in a technical environment
• Experience gathering and documenting detailed business and system requirements
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with software development, infrastructure, or enterprise application teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, and technical documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, cloud, or enterprise application projects
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification
• Experience supporting large-scale technology implementations
