Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role combines user experience (UX), user interface (UI), research, and visual design to deliver products that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who can translate complex requirements into seamless user experiences. This individual will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience Design
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Create intuitive experiences that improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
- Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex business and customer challenges.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development process.
User Interface Design
- Design engaging and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Maintain consistency through the use of design systems and component libraries.
- Develop user interfaces that align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.
Research & Testing
- Plan and conduct usability testing to gather customer feedback.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative research findings to improve product experiences.
- Validate design decisions through testing, user feedback, and performance data.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and product adoption.
Product Collaboration
- Partner with Product Managers to define requirements and prioritize user needs.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in product planning, discovery sessions, and sprint activities.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
Design Systems & Optimization
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
- Ensure consistency across products and digital experiences.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the product experience based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or related disciplines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, and visual design principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools.
- Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, consumer, healthcare, financial services, or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and responsive design.
