Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join a local and growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with empathy and accuracy
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Process orders, returns, account updates, and related service requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery
• Educate customers on products, services, and company policies
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline support processes

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or administrative support preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
