Position Overview

Robert Half is seeking an Operational Support Administrator to support in-person and remote talent solutions professionals who place candidates in temporary and permanent roles. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations, candidate processes, reporting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support revenue-generating activities
  • Assist with lead generation, job postings, and reporting
  • Help with marketing efforts, including calls and emails
  • Assist with candidate sourcing and resume review as needed
  • Prepare and track pre-placement and onboarding documents
  • Enter candidate information into internal systems
  • Manage timesheet entry and payroll/billing adjustments
  • Assist with unemployment claims
  • Ensure compliance throughout the hiring process

Work Location

This role supports office(s) in Youngstown, OH and/or Wexford, PA and follows a hybrid schedule based on business needs.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience with significant customer contact
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build cross-department relationships
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues in person and remotely
  • Working knowledge of database entry and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn new technologies



Compensation

$50,000.00-$55,000.00 Yearly
