Position Summary
The Creative Director leads the visual expression of the brand, driving innovative and effective creative across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. This role oversees the development of creative concepts, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives, with a strong emphasis on video, motion design, and storytelling.
The Creative Director partners closely with marketing, content, production, and leadership teams to deliver compelling, high-impact creative that builds brand awareness, strengthens customer engagement, and drives measurable business results across digital, social, experiential, video, and in-store channels.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, art directors, copywriters, and creative specialists.
- Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative creative culture.
- Establish and maintain high creative standards across all projects.
Creative Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and oversee creative concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to translate business goals into effective creative strategies.
- Review and approve creative work to ensure quality, effectiveness, and brand alignment.
Content & Campaign Development
- Oversee the creation of print, digital, social, video, and experiential marketing assets.
- Guide concept development, storytelling, scripting, storyboarding, and visual execution.
- Direct the development of advertising campaigns, product marketing initiatives, and customer-facing communications.
- Ensure creative work effectively connects with target audiences and supports business goals.
Video & Production Oversight
- Lead video and motion-driven creative initiatives.
- Collaborate with production teams throughout planning, filming, and post-production.
- Direct visual style, creative execution, and quality standards for video content.
- Support the development of engaging multimedia experiences across platforms.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with marketing, media, digital, social, and external partners.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Present creative concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within established objectives.
Qualifications:

Required Experience
- Experience as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Senior Creative Leader.
- Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in creative, design, art direction, copywriting, or related marketing disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading creative teams and managing complex, multi-channel projects.
- Experience overseeing creative campaigns from concept through execution.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of brand development, marketing strategy, and audience-focused creative.
- Expertise in concept development, creative ideation, and campaign execution.
- Experience directing video productions and collaborating with production teams.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction.
