Department Overview

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our established primary care group in our growing CMH-OHSU Health Primary Care Clinic - Seaside. This position offers a unique opportunity to pursue the comforts and quality of life in a small-town community practice at CMH with an affiliation to Oregon's only academic medical center, OHSU.

Function/Duties of Position

Practice Details

  • Work in a close team of new and experienced providers and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
  • Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule. Monday-Friday 4/10s schedule.
  • Light phone call only call rotation shared amongst the group. Our acute care hospital is staffed with Hospitalists to handle any inpatient coverage.
  • This is a full time, hospital employed position, with immediate access to multiple specialists.
  • Integrated EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
  • Dedicated administrative time.

Required Qualifications
  • MD / DO

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in a primary specialty (internal medicine, family medicine)

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.

  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.

  • Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.

  • Active Oregon Medical License

  • DEA
