ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


Refer business to all areas of BancFirst Wagoner including treasury management services, deposit products, commercial and retail lending products


Make referrals to BancFirst Mortgage and Insurance Departments


Contact potential business leads to identify future opportunities


Maintain positive, professional and friendly relationships with external and internal clients


Obtain and develop quality consumer and commercial loan portfolio after completing training over the next 6-9 months, operating with moderate credit authority.


Provide service to customers and prospective customs seeking all types of loan, often dealing with moderate-sized loans. Types of loans serviced include a combination of any of the following: consumer, commercial, agriculture, installment, home equity and mortgage.


Achieve personal sales and referral goals


Attend and be active in community organizations and events as requested (night and weekend events may be required)


Network through community involvement to develop prospective clients


Responsible for initial relationship with prospects


Maintain and expand referral sources

REQUIREMENTS

Thorough knowledge of all BancFirst policies, procedures, and depository and loan products


Ability to sell/refer bank products, including cash management services, deposit products, and commercial and retail lending


Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications


Self-motivated independent worker that also must work well with a team while maintaining a positive attitude


Must work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks


Critical thinking and problem solving skills


Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor


Excellent work ethic, thorough, detail oriented and accurate


Ability to have flexible work hours and work location


Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters, multi-task, and meet deadlines


Excellent verbal and written communications skills



PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

College degree in Business or Finance


Minimum of 5 years of business management experience


Skilled in conducting outside client and prospect sales calls


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens


Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear


Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching


Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday


Long periods of typing and repetitive motion


Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
