Account Manager -U.S. Coast Guard
Job Title: U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Account Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Primarily Remote
FLSA Status: Exempt
Citizenship: U.S. Citizen
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Experience Required: 10+ Years
Salary Range: $180,000 to $190,000 per annum based on full time. You will receive a competitive total rewards package applicable to U.S. employees. Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
AttainX is seeking an experienced and results-driven USCG Account Manager (Part-Time) to expand our presence and ensure excellence in project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with, or for, the USCG.
This position is responsible for working closely with Business Development leadership to strengthen pipeline development, enhance competitive positioning, and improve probability of win (PWin) on strategic USCG opportunities. The position will also be an active participant in client-facing engagements and industry events to support relationship building and pipeline growth.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in managing federal projects and/or employees.
- Established relationships with federal government customers, industry partners, and system integrators.
- Working knowledge of the USCG and its mission areas.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple capture efforts simultaneously.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Development leadership to strengthen pipeline development, enhance competitive positioning, and improve probability of win (PWin) on strategic USCG opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new federal business opportunities aligned with AttainX’s strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners.
- Assist in capture activities including customer analysis, opportunity qualification, competitive intelligence, solution positioning, win strategy development, and capture planning.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and engaging strategic teaming partners and subcontractors.
- Active participation in client-facing engagements and industry events to support relationship building and pipeline growth.
- Provide overall leadership support to AttainX program managers when delivering USCG contracts.
- Represent AttainX at customer meetings, industry conferences, networking events, and federal outreach activities.
- Travel as required to support customer engagement and business development activities.
