General Summary

The College of Business is seeking a Part-Time Lecturer for Fall 2026 to teach undergraduate and graduate Supply Chain Management courses in the Marketing Department.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Teaching responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Information Technology in Supply Chain Management, and related supply chain disciplines.
Delivering high-quality instruction in an in-person classroom environment.
Meeting with students during and outside of scheduled class times.
Preparing course syllabi, lectures, assignments, examinations, and other instructional materials.
Assessing student learning and providing timely feedback.
Maintaining regular office hours and responding to student inquiries.
Providing copies of syllabi and course materials to the Department Head upon request.
Perform related departmental duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must possess a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Procurement, Business Administration (with a Supply Chain concentration), Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field. Candidates should demonstrate relevant teaching experience and/or significant professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing, procurement, supply chain analytics, information technology in supply chain management, or related supply chain fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in a related discipline, evidence of scholarly activity, professional certifications (e.g., ASCM/CPIM, CSCP, CPSM), and university teaching experience are preferred.
