Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and routing incoming calls accurately and promptly.
• Respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors while maintaining a helpful and service-oriented approach.
• Keep the reception area orderly and presentable to ensure a positive first impression for everyone entering the office.
• Provide basic administrative support such as taking messages, relaying information, and assisting with routine front-office tasks.
• Coordinate communication between visitors, employees, and external contacts to support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare administrative, patient services, or care coordination role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard office systems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes preferred
Compensation
