Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the executive’s schedule by arranging meetings, managing calendar changes, and aligning daily priorities.
• Plan and confirm domestic and international travel, preparing thorough itineraries and handling related logistics.
• Oversee household needs when required, helping ensure the home is monitored and key activities stay on track.
• Manage personal tasks and errands, including routine pickups, drop-offs, and other time-sensitive requests.
• Arrange appointments with vendors and service professionals, and follow through to keep household services organized.
• Support personal and business projects by tracking action items, organizing details, and helping execute events or special requests.
• Prepare, revise, and proofread emails, letters, and other documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Safeguard sensitive information and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential matters.
• Provide occasional support outside standard business hours as priorities arise.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role.• Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and keep schedules running smoothly.
• Experience arranging travel and handling detailed itineraries for domestic and international trips.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
• Sound judgment and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and scheduling or calendar management tools.
• Ability to anticipate needs, respond quickly to changing priorities, and remain flexible when urgent matters arise.
Compensation
