Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Receive and coordinate incoming repair and service requests for a wide range of equipment, including company-owned, customer-owned, and third-party assets.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal partners to gather details, provide updates, and keep service activities moving on schedule.
• Enter service-related information accurately into internal systems and maintain organized records for each request.
• Manage work progress from initial intake through completion, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Schedule service activities and help align repair timelines to support customer operations with minimal disruption.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while resolving questions and escalating complex matters when needed.
• Monitor open requests closely and follow up with the appropriate parties to drive timely resolution and strong service outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar customer-facing position.• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Experience with order entry, service coordination, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Comfortable using computer systems to document activity, update records, and track service requests.
• Demonstrated ability to stay customer-focused while solving problems and coordinating next steps.
Compensation
