Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Analyze compensation information across domestic and international employee groups to identify trends and support pay recommendations.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking activities using recognized compensation tools such as Korn Ferry or comparable platforms.
• Maintain accurate compensation records by entering, reviewing, and updating data within internal systems.
• Support participation in salary surveys by compiling submissions, checking data quality, and confirming reporting accuracy.
• Prepare reporting materials and summaries that translate compensation findings into clear takeaways for leadership teams.
• Monitor compensation project timelines, prioritize deliverables, and help ensure key milestones are achieved within expected deadlines.
• Review market data to assess external competitiveness and assist in aligning pay practices with business needs.
• Collaborate with HR and related stakeholders on compensation and benefits analysis, including support for benefit-related functions when needed.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a closely related HR specialization.• Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and salary structure evaluation.
• Proficiency with Korn Ferry or a similar compensation database or benchmarking platform is strongly preferred.
• Prior involvement in salary survey submission, validation, and review processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage assignments independently while meeting deadlines in a contract environment.
• Exposure to global compensation practices and benefits analysis is considered an advantage.
