Compensation: $38 to $45 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a healthcare organization on a contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across corporate and engineering functions, helping teams attract and secure strong talent in a competitive market. The role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, candidate management, and partnership with hiring leaders to keep the recruitment process efficient and well organized.

Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake discussions through offer coordination for a range of openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, align on candidate profiles, and shape effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines through direct outreach, networking, and targeted sourcing methods.
• Manage candidate progress within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate records and a smooth hiring workflow.
• Screen applicants to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit for corporate and engineering positions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and move searches forward in a timely manner.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and practical approaches to improve hiring outcomes.
• Support recruiting operations within SAP SuccessFactors HCM and maintain consistency across hiring documentation and process steps.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience handling full-cycle recruiting for roles requiring strong attention to detail.
• Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to support multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates through direct outreach and pipeline development techniques.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruitment activity.
• Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors HCM in a recruiting environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage several openings at once while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.

Compensation

$38.00-$45.00 Hourly
