Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a dynamic legal team. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney with hands-on experience in business disputes who can balance strong advocacy with practical client service. The role offers meaningful involvement in case development, courtroom preparation, and strategic litigation support within a collaborative and focused environment.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough legal analysis to support commercial litigation matters and develop persuasive arguments for ongoing cases.
• Prepare a range of litigation documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and written discovery, with close attention to accuracy and strategy.
• Oversee discovery activities from initial collection through review and production, including management of electronically stored information.
• Support deposition planning by organizing exhibits, summarizing testimony, and assisting attorneys in witness preparation.
• Participate in trial readiness efforts by coordinating evidence, drafting supporting materials, and contributing to courtroom strategy.
• Manage an active docket of commercial disputes while maintaining deadlines, priorities, and responsive communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues across matters to refine litigation tactics and advance case objectives effectively.

Qualifications:

• Active attorney licensure in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters, preferably involving complex business disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery materials in a litigation setting.
• Familiarity with electronic discovery processes, including document review and production workflows.
• Experience assisting with depositions and supporting trial preparation activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to perform effectively in demanding situations.
• Client-focused approach combined with sound judgment, organization, and attention to detail.

Compensation

$115,000.00-$140,000.00 Yearly
