Inside Sales Representative
Robert Half is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join a local team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Present products or services to clients and explain value propositions clearly
- Manage the sales pipeline and document activity in the company’s customer relationship management system
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure a positive client experience
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documentation as needed
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- 1+ years of inside sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve results
