HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including employee support, enrollment coordination, and issue resolution related to benefit programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within Bamboo and other HR systems, ensuring information is current and well organized.
• Partner with teams such as marketing, human resources, and senior leadership to deliver clear internal communication and improve employee engagement.
• Support onboarding activities that help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization and understand key policies, programs, and resources.
• Contribute to retention initiatives by organizing employee-focused programs that encourage collaboration, team connection, and a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for senior management to support planning, workforce visibility, and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate and assist with 401(k) review activities and documentation to help maintain compliance and audit readiness.
• Support workers' compensation audit processes by gathering records, validating information, and following up on required actions.
• Develop and distribute a monthly newsletter for U.S. offices to share updates, reinforce culture, and keep employees informed.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, with practical involvement in HR administration and employee support.• Experience with benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS data management.
• Working knowledge of BambooHR or a similar human resources information system.
• Familiarity with 401(k) administration and workers' compensation processes, including audit support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset with an approachable, positive, and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain accuracy in a regulated or confidential environment.
Compensation
