Workplace Ambassador

Compensation: $32 to $35 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Workplace Ambassador to support workplace operations as the central point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and client stakeholders in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly visible, client-facing environment and can help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace experience. The role combines facilities coordination, system administration, and operational support, with a strong focus on responsiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary workplace representative, delivering attentive front-of-house support and building strong relationships with site clients, employees, and service partners.

• Oversee the full work order process from intake through completion, maintaining accurate records, resolving system issues, and improving workflow efficiency within the facilities platform.

• Provide day-to-day guidance on Corrigo usage, including setup assistance, troubleshooting, user support, and process standardization for internal teams and vendors.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring work is scheduled effectively and carried out in line with operational priorities and best practices.

• Perform routine building walkthroughs and shared-space reviews to identify concerns, support compliance efforts, and uphold workplace standards.

• Partner with facility leadership and key stakeholders to support operational planning, address escalations, and help resolve site-related issues quickly and effectively.

• Manage vendor interactions by assigning direction, monitoring service quality, and helping external partners use required systems properly while minimizing disruption to daily operations.

• Maintain asset and inventory information, including equipment history, parts usage, and supporting documentation, while identifying opportunities to improve maintenance planning through data analysis.

• Create and support digital inspection tools, audit forms, and assessment templates that help facility and engineering teams track performance and maintain consistent procedures.


Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a client-facing workplace, facilities, or office support role with responsibility for coordinating daily site operations.
• Hands-on experience using Corrigo is required, including system navigation, work order administration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Working knowledge of maintenance coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and operational planning within a facilities setting.
• Ability to manage data accurately, maintain organized records, and support database integrity through consistent administrative practices.
• Experience creating reports, reviewing trends, and using information to recommend process improvements or operational adjustments.
• Comfortable conducting site inspections, supporting audits, and following established procedures and service standards.
• Proficiency with digital tools and office systems, along with the ability to learn internal platforms and support user training as needed.

Compensation

$32.00-$35.00 Hourly
