Field HR Manager (Laurie P)
Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add an experienced Field Human Resources Manager to support branch locations across a large, multi-location organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role serves as a strategic partner to field leaders, helping strengthen employee relations, performance, and workforce development across approximately 100+ locations. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach to HR leadership and is comfortable traveling regularly to build strong partnerships in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders at locations, providing guidance on day-to-day people matters and organizational needs.
• Advise managers on employee relations concerns, helping resolve workplace issues fairly, consistently, and in alignment with company policy.
• Lead performance management efforts by coaching leaders through feedback, corrective action, and employee development conversations.
• Support training and development initiatives that strengthen employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and operational consistency.
• Oversee onboarding practices to help new hires integrate successfully into the organization and their assigned teams.
• Administer core HR processes and systems, including HRIS-related activities and employee record management.
• Travel up to 50% to visit field locations, build relationships with management, and assess workforce needs across the business.
Qualifications:
• Experience in human resources leadership within a multi-site or field-based environment.• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and the ability to manage sensitive workplace matters.
• Demonstrated background in performance management, including manager coaching and issue resolution.
• Experience supporting employee training, development, and onboarding programs.
• Working knowledge of HR administration, benefits support, and HR information systems.
• Ability to partner effectively with operational leaders and influence decisions across distributed teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
$110,000.00-$125,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
