Product Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct category performance by managing revenue, profitability, and overall business results for assigned products.
• Oversee products from introduction through ongoing management, including setup, pricing decisions, demand planning, and assortment refinement.
• Spot opportunities for innovation and lead efforts to enhance existing offerings or bring new products to market.
• Work closely with research and development partners to define specifications, support commercialization, and align products with customer needs.
• Analyze industry activity, customer behavior, and competitor movement to uncover opportunities for growth and stronger market positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives tied to launches, product updates, and margin improvement efforts to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Build go-to-market approaches that support product positioning, sales readiness, and effective marketing materials.
• Partner with sales, channel, procurement, legal, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution and adherence to applicable requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Development, or a related discipline.• At least 3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong business and financial judgment, including experience with pricing strategy and cost evaluation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and manage timelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Clear understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with the ability to turn insights into business decisions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with product launches or a stage-gate development process is an advantage; occasional travel is required.
Compensation
