Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Place and update customer orders in internal systems while checking details for completeness and correctness.
• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound communication to address inquiries, confirm information, and follow up on open issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and work with internal teams to provide prompt, effective resolution.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, order activity, and service outcomes.
• Use Microsoft Excel and related tools to track information, review data, and support daily service tasks.
• Provide consistent support that strengthens customer satisfaction and helps maintain efficient service operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.• Comfort managing high volumes of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ability to make outbound calls for follow-up, clarification, or issue resolution as needed.
• Experience with order entry and processing information accurately in business systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for basic tracking, reviewing, and updating data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation
