Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support daily logistics and order coordination for a manufacturing operation in Greenville, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract position plays an important role in maintaining accurate shipment records, supporting internal order activity, and assisting with planning-related reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple administrative supply chain tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the setup and upkeep of records tied to import and export orders, ensuring shipment information remains complete and current.
• Process internal stock transfer requests for affiliated facilities and confirm order details are entered accurately.
• Coordinate direct-ship orders from entry through invoicing, including related billing support and shipment follow-up.
• Provide cross-functional coverage for purchasing support activities during scheduled breaks or employee absences.
• Prepare planning and inventory-related reports under the direction of senior supply chain team members as business needs require.
• Support order and logistics tracking within the D365 environment as part of day-to-day operational workflows.
• Assist with general supply chain administration and complete additional assigned tasks that contribute to team performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing support, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of purchase order processing, shipment coordination, and inventory reporting.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple transactions with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications; experience with D365 is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with planning, purchasing, and logistics teams.
• Comfortable working on-site Monday through Friday in Greenville, South Carolina.
• Dependable organizational skills with the ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation

$26.60-$30.80 Hourly
