Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by coordinating customer accounts, processing orders, preparing reports, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and has strong organizational and analytical skills. Experience within the consumer packaged goods (CPG), food manufacturing, or distribution industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Process and monitor customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and distribute product samples to customers and prospective clients.
- Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports to support business decisions.
- Assist with sales presentations, customer proposals, account reviews, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market and competitive research to support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential supply issues to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Support special projects and executive requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Account Management experience.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), food manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of order processing, customer account management, and sales operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation
