Marketing Communications Coordinator

Robert Half is seeking a Communications Manager for a temporary contract opportunity with a mission-driven organization. This individual will play a key role in maintaining communications, marketing, branding, and digital engagement efforts while supporting ongoing organizational initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a communications detail oriented who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and produce high-quality content across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, skilled storyteller, and strategic communicator who can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content across digital and print channels, including website content, newsletters, marketing materials, and organizational communications.
• Oversee website updates, email marketing, and social media platforms to maintain an engaging and consistent digital presence.
• Support branding, marketing campaigns, events, and fundraising initiatives while ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Draft press materials and help identify opportunities to increase organizational visibility through strategic communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality communications.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Exceptional writing, editing, content creation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing websites, preferably in WordPress, along with familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
