Sr. Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Oversee executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring leadership time is aligned with business priorities.
• Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including flights, lodging, transportation, and itinerary preparation.
• Coordinate meeting logistics for senior leaders, including agendas, room reservations, materials, and follow-up items.
• Serve as a central point of contact for administrative matters, responding promptly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence to support day-to-day executive operations.
• Track important deadlines, appointments, and action items to help maintain smooth workflow and timely execution.
• Support changes to travel or meeting plans as needed, adjusting arrangements quickly while minimizing disruption.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support to executives or senior leadership.• Strong ability to manage complex calendars with careful attention to timing, priorities, and confidentiality.
• Proven experience booking and coordinating detailed travel arrangements.
• Background supporting executive meetings and handling related logistics from planning through completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and administrative systems.
Compensation
