Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily customer order activity by entering requests, organizing order queues, and helping ensure prompt processing through company systems.
• Maintain accurate records by updating master data, entering information into internal platforms, and verifying details for completeness.
• Coordinate order dispatch activities and monitor progress so requests move forward on schedule.
• Review freight-related charges, process invoice documentation, and flag discrepancies when needed.
• Update spreadsheets and internal databases with current information to support reporting and operational accuracy.
• Transfer data between systems carefully and consistently while minimizing entry errors.
• Respond to questions from internal stakeholders and work across departments to resolve order or account issues.
• Provide administrative support that helps streamline fulfillment activities and maintain organized documentation.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order entry, data administration, or a similar support role.• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling orders, records, and data updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work well across teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy work environment.
• Experience supporting inbound customer inquiries or order-related communication is preferred.
• Familiarity with order management platforms or comparable business systems is an advantage.
