A well-established waste management company located near Manalapan Township, NJ, is looking for a Billing Supervisor.
JOB DUTIES
• Manage a team of billing specialists/clerks.
• Supervise and coordinate the billing department to facilitate timely, accurate, and efficient billing operations.
• Communicate job expectations; monitor and appraise job contributions.
• Analyze billing data and develop reports for management.
• Resolve invoice disputes and maintain quality customer relations.
• Improve billing efficiency when possible.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
• Identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure invoices reflect negotiated payment terms and conditions.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures with management.
• Receive, process, and post daily payments from the Scale
• Participate in assigned trainings and pursue educational opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in invoicing and accounts receivable, process payments, and resolve customer inquiries.
• Resolve invoice disputes and maintain quality customer relations.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5yrs plus Billing experience
- Degree or working towards preferred
- Experience in the waste industry a plus
- Supervisory experience
- Strong computer skills
Compensation
$65,000.00-$75,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
