FP& A Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business performance and operational goals.
• Prepare financial models and scenario analyses that help leadership evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage monthly close-related finance tasks, including manual reporting processes and analysis needed to meet deadlines.
• Deliver accurate variance analysis and explain key drivers affecting results across the business.
• Partner with directors and cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations based on financial data.
• Support reporting and planning needs within small business lending or closely related financial operations.
• Use Excel and other planning tools to organize data, enhance reporting quality, and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to finance process improvements and provide support for planning activities tied to future OneStream adoption.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.• Strong background in building financial models and interpreting complex financial data for business decision-making.
• Experience supporting annual budget cycles and delivering meaningful variance and trend analysis.
• Knowledge of monthly financial close activities and the ability to work through detailed manual processes.
• Familiarity with small business lending, commercial finance, or a comparable financial services environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create clear, reliable, and efficient analysis tools.
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively and collaborate with leaders across multiple functions.
