🚨 Trial-Ready Litigation Attorney | High-Value PI Cases 🚨

📍 Atlanta, GA | In-Office

We are looking for accomplished Litigation Attorneys to join a busy plaintiff-side practice in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is well suited for a lawyer who is confident managing complex personal injury matters, building strong client relationships, and advancing cases through trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. The attorney in this role will take ownership of a full caseload while guiding support staff and contributing to a collaborative litigation team.

Due to continued success and an increasing volume of incoming matters, the firm is looking to add multiple attorneys to its team. The practice currently receives more cases than it can effectively service and has been forced to refer out valuable business, creating an excellent opportunity for experienced litigators seeking immediate responsibility, a strong pipeline of work, and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Direct personal injury matters through each phase of litigation, from initial case strategy and pleadings to trial and post-trial follow-up.
• Manage all key litigation activities, including written discovery, responses, depositions, motion practice, and case development.
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings while maintaining consistent communication throughout the life of the case.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and legal risk in complex injury claims and develop practical strategies to move cases toward favorable outcomes.
• Handle pre-suit investigation and settlement discussions when needed, including matters involving insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.
• Work on cases involving commercial motor vehicles and trucking-related claims, with an interest in deepening subject-matter knowledge in this area.
• Operate independently with strong personal accountability while also partnering closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff across the practice.

Qualifications:

🔑 What We’re Looking For In A Litigation Attorney Candidate

• ✅ 1+ years of trial experience
• ✅ At least one first-chair trial (car and/or trucking cases)
• ✅ Strong deposition & cross-examination experience
• ✅ Comfortable working with experts (economists, tire experts, life care planners, etc.)
• ✅ Experience standing in front of judges and juries, including voir dire
• ✅ Familiarity with high-volume mediations
• ✅ Confident, charismatic presence—polished, not arrogant
• ✅ Open to candidates coming from defense backgrounds
