Compensation: $15.20 to $17.60 Hourly

We are looking for a dependable Receptionist to support daily front office operations in Little Rock, Arkansas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, managing administrative tasks with accuracy, and communicating effectively with a wide range of contacts. The successful candidate will help keep the office organized, support staff with clerical needs, and ensure visitors and communications are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, clients, and service providers with a courteous and attentive approach while serving as the first point of contact for the office.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering inbound calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and taking clear messages when needed.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting deliveries, preparing correspondence for shipment, and distributing items accurately.
• Keep the reception space and meeting rooms orderly, presentable, and ready for daily business activities.
• Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and provide meeting support to help maintain smooth scheduling for the team.
• Scan, organize, file, and maintain both paper-based and digital records with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to attorneys and office staff, including clerical support and data entry assignments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, court contacts, vendors, and internal team members while maintaining a consistent tone at all times.
• Safeguard sensitive client and company information by handling records and communications with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support position is preferred.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a busy office environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with a customer-focused approach.

• Detail-oriented presentation, dependable attendance, and a punctual work style.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and handle confidential information with sound judgment.


Compensation

$15.20-$17.60 Hourly
