Part-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to support our team onsite. This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience who is looking for a steady part-time schedule and enjoys working in a professional environment. Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM and every other Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide excellent front desk support
• Manage resident packages and deliveries
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Great communication skills
• Experience managing resident packages
• No issues navigating throughout the building
• Seeking part-time employment
• Comfortable working onsite and has reliable transportation
• Previous office experience
