Human Resources Generalist

Compensation: $60 to $80 Yearly

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support all aspects of human resources operations. This role will partner with employees and leadership to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance, support employee relations, and assist with talent acquisition and employee development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Serve as a resource for employee relations questions and concerns.
  • Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and HRIS maintenance.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits as needed.



Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience required.
  • Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.


Preferred Skills

  • Multi-state HR experience.
  • Benefits administration and payroll exposure.
  • Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees in a manufacturing environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plu



Compensation

$60,000.00-$80,000.00 Yearly
