Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst (Contract to permanent) 

Seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, supply chain analysis, and process improvement initiatives for an acquisitive company in the consumer goods industry. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities, and experience automating reporting processes.

• Responsibilities Validate and reconcile financial reports to ensure accuracy. Perform freight cost and distribution optimization analysis.
• Support integration activities, including SKU rationalization and business process integration.
• Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel.
• Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably within a CPG environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and macros/VBA.
• Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and process automation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
