Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing service-focused organization in the Spokane area. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, resolving issues, and creating positive customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions.

Pay: $21-$25/hr depending on experience

Job Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Assist customers with orders, account updates, and general questions.
• Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Enter and update customer information accurately in company systems.
• Communicate with internal teams to coordinate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or office support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable learning new software systems and processes.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
