HR Generalist

Robert Half is looking for an HR Generalist to join a growing company in the Inland Northwest. This role will support a variety of human resources functions and serve as a resource for employees and leadership. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships, improving processes, and helping create a positive employee experience.

Pay: $30-$36/hr depending on experience

Job Duties

• Support employee relations activities and respond to employee questions.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation.
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management.
• Support recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Partner with managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee needs.

Qualifications:

Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar role.
• Knowledge of employment practices, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
