Help Desk II

We are seeking a Help Desk II detail oriented to join our IT team and provide Tier 2 technical support for end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and basic networking issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively prioritize multiple support requests.

Qualifications:

2+ years of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Active Directory user and group administration Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

Compensation

$5.00-$29.00 Hourly
