Project Administrator — HBCU Pathway Program
Provides administrative and coordination support for the Pitt Business HBCU Pathway Program. Responsibilities include: scheduling and coordinating HBCU site visits and meetings; recording and distributing meeting minutes; organizing program materials in Microsoft Teams; scheduling stakeholder meetings; assisting with PowerPoint presentations; and maintaining budget tracking documentation.
Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent; minimum 2 years administrative/project coordination experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom; strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills; ability to handle confidential information; ability to work independently. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field; higher education experience; familiarity with HBCUs and DEI initiatives; budget tracking experience.
