Manager, Partnership Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnership Sales Manager to lead and support a strategic portfolio of partnership accounts while developing a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a sales leader who excels at relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, quote strategy, and customer engagement within the electronic components or distribution industry.
As a Partnership Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction by working closely with customer supply chain leaders, regional sales teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. You will also provide leadership and coaching to sales associates, ensuring the team delivers exceptional results and service.
This position is located in Norwell, MA - applicants outside of this location will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
Partnership Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partnership customers and key supply chain contacts.
- Conduct account analysis to identify growth opportunities and support strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to execute customer-specific growth initiatives.
- Support resolution of customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Monitor customer activity related to inventory, receivables, and credit risk.
- Develop and strengthen supplier relationships that support profitability and order capture.
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and support assigned sales associates to maximize performance and engagement.
- Monitor quoting and sales activity to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Provide ongoing guidance in sales strategy, customer communication, product knowledge, and account development.
- Support onboarding, training, performance feedback, and development planning activities.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused team culture.
- Partner closely with leadership on talent development and business execution.
Quote & Opportunity Management
- Coordinate quote requests and develop accurate, timely customer proposals.
- Utilize internal tools to develop Bills of Material (BOMs) and support costing activities.
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, suppliers, and regional sales teams to secure competitive pricing.
- Ensure all customer quotes meet specifications, deadlines, and formatting requirements.
- Support implementation of strategic account growth plans in partnership with leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong understanding of the electrical and electronics distribution industry.
- Proven success in sales, account management, negotiation, and customer relationship development.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience managing strategic or partnership accounts.
- Previous leadership, coaching, or team supervisory experience.
- Experience working with complex quoting processes, supply chain contacts, and supplier negotiations.

Compensation
- Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000-$101,500
- Annual Total Compensation Range (Base + Incentive): $108,000-$156,000
The typical compensation structure includes a bi-weekly base salary and a monthly incentive for a total target income potential.
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Final base pay and target incentive details will be confirmed at the time of offer.
