We are seeking a Triton Maintenance Team Leader to lead a team of highly skilled aviation technicians supporting the MQ-4C Triton program. What you will do:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of aviation maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure aircraft availability and operational readiness.
- Supervise and certify maintenance actions.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting expertise.
- Drive safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support maintenance planning and resource management.
- Foster a strong compliance, safety and teamwork culture.
About you:
To be successful you must have:
- Aviation trade qualifications (Cert IV Aviation Trade or equivalent).
- Holding a AGSVA NV1 security clearance with the ability to obtain a PV.
- Demonstrated leadership capability.
- Experience leading teams and managing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- A safety-first mindset.
