Logistics Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support data-intensive logistics operations in Edina, Minnesota. This is a Contract position for someone who can step in quickly, organize information accurately, and keep communication flowing across operational teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Excel, handling high-volume data entry, and maintaining reliable records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Enter and update logistics, shipping, and receiving information with a high level of accuracy across internal records and tracking tools.
• Review legacy data, correct inconsistencies, and help organize information so it is usable within updated workflows and systems.
• Coordinate communication among logistics, training, and accounting teams to ensure details are aligned and records remain current.
• Learn new software tools rapidly and add required operational information to support daily business activity.
• Build and maintain structured data records that improve organization, visibility, and day-to-day efficiency.
• Support shipping and supply chain activities by tracking transactions, documenting movements, and confirming key details.
• Use Excel at an intermediate level to sort, update, and manage operational data for reporting and recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, logistics support, or a related administrative role.

• Strong keyboarding and numeric data entry skills with close attention to detail.

• NewBoss software experience a plus, not required.

• Intermediate Excel knowledge, including the ability to organize and maintain spreadsheets effectively.

• General computer proficiency and confidence working within different software platforms.

• Ability to manage high-volume information accurately while meeting deadlines.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to work across multiple departments.

• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or shipping and receiving processes is preferred.

Compensation

$20.00-$22.00 Hourly
