Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk activities by greeting visitors, directing inquiries, and creating a welcoming first point of contact for the office.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, route messages to the appropriate staff, and provide timely assistance to callers.
• Perform a range of administrative support tasks, including preparing documents, maintaining files, and coordinating routine office activities.
• Enter and update information in office systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organize records and correspondence to ensure documents are easy to access and properly maintained.
• Support day-to-day office operations by monitoring administrative needs and helping staff stay on schedule.
• Assist with general receptionist coverage and maintain an orderly, efficient office environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office support role.• Ability to handle inbound calls effectively and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Proficiency in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and document handling.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable using standard office software and equipment in an office setting.
• Dependable, courteous, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Compensation
